It’s a gloomy day. I think summer is going to be over real soon as the rain starts to make its way on us. I was watching the news this morning as I hurried off to work and I’m deeply saddened by the tragedy that struck China, the 7.9 earthquake already claimed 12,000 lives and still counting. And then there’s Myanmar’s grief stricken country, I have no idea that it was under military control and international aid are not really welcome, I can only pray for those people and hope that their government will not deprive them of the help they desperately need. With all those disasters, it made me think why God is allowing those miseries to a lot of people and many innocent lives are being taken away. It’s a sad reality and sometimes, it’s just difficult to understand how God works.
